Smoothie with dates, bananas and almond butter

the ingredients:

1- two bananas

2-4 dates

3- tablespoon almond butter

4- A little ground cinnamon

5- tablespoon chia seeds

6- tablespoon flaxseed

7- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk)

 

Method:

1- Mix all ingredients in a blender
